The Best Retirement Gifts for Women
Our friends are retiring ladies! What do we get them? The best retirement gifts for women are as diverse as the women retiring! However, I am writing today to give you some possibilities.
Tops on my list is the Fitbit. It is all the rage today, and statistics are showing that wearing one is indeed contributing to the health and well-being of its wearers. If the retiree you are buying for does not have a Fitbit, then this is my number one pick! It can help in all areas of healthy aging, including sleep, exercise and socialization!
I bought my girlfriend one for Christmas. She never mentioned she wanted one, nor did I ever hear her comment on one; but she is very fit (skiing and hiking) and she’s a gadget girl too…so I thought she would probably like it. She opened it with a “Oh, this is unexpected and oh, I’ll look into it a little later.” Well, to make a long story short, within hours she was setting this and installing that. She was at first consumed, then fanatical, and then finally addicted to everything Fitbit.
There are Fitbit challenges going on all the time, with coworkers, friends and family. It really is a great way to get up and get going. There are a few styles with different price ranges, but be sure of this. No matter which one you choose, you will be contributing to the health and well-being of the lucky recipient! She’ll be thanking you for years to come!

I didn’t think I wanted a Fitbit, but then my girlfriend got one for her birthday and was showing me how it worked. Now I am so jealous and want one big time. I think it would really help me to be more active. I’ll have to give my boyfriend some big hints if I want one. Thanks for the Review, Robin.
